To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by submitting a return request here.
According to the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from contracts concluded at a distance, without specifying reasons, within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, takes physical possession of the products / the last product.
If you withdraw, we will refund any amount we have received from you, including the delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without unjustified delay, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make this refund using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different refund method; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such a refund.
According to CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, Article 57, point 5 of the above-mentioned legal act, "The following are exceptions to the right of withdrawal regarding distance contracts and off-premises contracts: 5. for the supply of sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons or health protection;."
These products intended for personal care and hygiene to protect consumers' health cannot be returned if they have been unsealed. Unsealed products become unsellable even if they remain functional, and for health or hygiene reasons, they cannot be resold as resealed products. It is not sanitary or ethical to sell used personal care products.
If the customer returns an unsealed product, NYS Experience S.R.L. will refuse the return.
Please send the products or hand them directly to us at the address Splaiul Unirii no. 74 (Restart Service), Sector 4, Bucharest, 040037, without unjustified delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is considered met if the products are sent back before the expiration of the 14-day period.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling them in ways other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
Our operators will assist you in selecting the return method and will provide the necessary details regarding the shipping address, packaging, or contacting the courier company.
Legal entities are not entitled to the provisions regarding withdrawal from the contract in accordance with the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT.

Produsele oferite de NYS EXPERIENCE SRL , pentru care este aplicabila, beneficiaza de garantie de o luna, conform legislatiei bulgare si politicii comerciale a producatorului.
Fiecare produs cu perioadă de garanție este trimis clientului cu un card de garanție emis de NYS EXPERIENCE SRL sau un card de garanție original al producătorului, care menționează:
- adresa si numarul de telefon al centrelor de service autorizate
- conditiile de garantie ale centrelor de service sau producatorilor respectivi
- perioada de garantie a bunurilor achizitionate
În cazul deteriorării unui produs cu card de garanție NYS EXPERIENCE SRL în perioada de garanție, produsul este trimis (sau dus) la biroul NYS EXPERIENCE SRL . După înlăturarea avariei, produsul este returnat clientului pe cheltuiala NYS EXPERIENCE SRL . Returnările se fac prin curier.
Pentru produsele cu card de garanție de la producător sunt valabile condițiile de garanție ale producătorului respectiv sau ale centrelor de service autorizate. În centrele de service sunt acceptate doar produsele cu carduri de garanție originale cu care a fost primit produsul. Pe lângă cardul de garanție, este necesar un document de plată valabil pentru ca garanția să fie recunoscută.
Clientul este obligat sa pastreze toate documentele si ambalajele care insotesc marfa.
